SECURITY PRECAUTIONS IN PLACE TO PROTECT THE LOSS, MISUSE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR INFORMATION

SALON REFUND POLICY
All treatments are non-refundable, we will rectify any discrepancy’s within the company.
Any rectifications will be discussed with the manager and could result in discounted rate or full price this is at the managers discretion.
COURSE REFUND POLICY
All deposits and course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Should you fail to attend a booked training day without notifying us of your cancellation in writing, this will cease your cancellation period.
Cancellation or Transfer of Training Dates
REARRANGING REQUESTS AND FEES
In the event of a genuine reason for cancellation of a confirmed training date, it is at Jodie Ferrari Makeup Academy’s discrepancy weather new dates will be rearranged. Non-attendance where no prior notice is given will be handled at the discretion of Jodie Ferrari Makeup Academy and may result in loss of course fees.
Should you be unable to attend a confirmed training date for medical reasons, under medical or compassionate circumstances (proof of which may be required) and where immediate reschedule might not be possible; rearranging for all or part of the course may be organised as a gesture of goodwill. The new dates will be valid for a period of up to 6 months from the date of issue and if cancelled again the course fees would be forfeited. No refund of course fees can be issued.
In the first instance, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org regarding your reschedule request (or non-attendance), who will respond within 24 working hours.
Booked training is non-transferable to an alternative student. Please ensure the booking is made giving the correct name of the person attending the course at the time of making payment.
In the event that Jodie Ferrari Makeup Academy should have to cancel your course for reasons outside of our control; Jodie Ferrari Makeup Academy will aim to give students at least 24 hours’ notice of any cancellation by telephone and/or email.
All practical training must be completed within 6 months of booking your course, unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of booking. Should you fail to attend your original training dates for any reason and the course later be retired or amended in content, no refund or difference in courses fees will be offered.
Our aim is to provide the best service possible, and while we always strive to achieve this, there will be times when the client is unhappy with the service. We aim to handle complaints quickly in an effective, fair and honest way.
The policy aims to ensure that:
All members of the public know how to feedback to Jodie Ferrari Makeup Academy and the process of making a complaint is simple;
All staff treat feedback seriously and deal with it promptly, efficiently, courteously and keep the customer informed of the progress;
Improved customer relations are built by resolving feedback during the initial stages wherever possible.
All feedback is recorded and monitored so that we learn from feedback and take action to improve services.
WHAT IS A COMPLAINT?
A complaint is a “statement that something is unsatisfactory or unacceptable.”
Please note that a complaint is not “An initial request for a refund”.
